Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime’s preferred cooking method for the Wagyu Bone-in Ribeye is to reverse sear it! The optimal oven temperature is 250 degrees fahrenheit. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.

Preferred Cooking Time: The Wagyu Bone-in Ribeye is best served seared on a cast iron or grill. Sear on high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side after reaching an internal temperature of 130 degrees fahrenheit.
